SUMMARY:Night Event #1 - Night Of Delight!
DESCRIPTION:Our first Night Event in quite some time!  Are you excited?  Because I know we are!  This event will be a No-Points event\, and it will be run a little differently than our normal events.  Please sure to check out the details below! \nThis event is Limited to 80 Drivers MAX!  No exceptions.\nMembers get first dibs at the reserved spots.\n–> Member Registration opens Jan 6th\n–> Normal Registration opens Jan 14th\nDue to the nature of this event\, kart and novice entries are excluded and we will not be accepting any registration in these classes. \nDetails:\n\nThis event will have two phases: a Dusk phase and then a Night phase.  Each phase will have multiple runs.  So you’ll get to see the course during the daylight (dusk-light?) and then have a chance to attack it again once the sun goes down.  Between the two phases\, there will be a break period where drivers and guests will have some time to get dinner. \nFor the Night phase\, it will be dark!  Therefore\, all vehicles must have forward and rearward facing lights securely mounted\, functional\, and on during the Night phase runs.  If you have no lights\, you will not run!  Also\, do not worry about number visibility on your car for the Night phase.  You won’t need glow-in-the-dark numbers or anything (though\, if you have them\, please absolutely do use them!)  However\, you WILL still need proper numbers/class display during the Dusk phase. \nThere will be a mandatory drivers meeting; all drivers must attend it.  If you miss the meeting\, you do not get to run.  If you show up for the Night phase\, and skipped the member meeting\, you will NOT get to run.  Additionally\, since novices are excluded from this event\, there will not be a novice walk. \nTiming:\n\n2:30 pm – Gates Open\n3:00 pm – Course open for walking\n3:45 pm – Tech Inspection Closes\n3:45 pm – Drivers meeting\n4:00 pm – Dusk phase starts\n7:00 pm – Night phase starts\n\n  \n\nNon-members are always welcome too.  Anyone can register and run with us.  It’s always fun\, it’s always an experience! \n\nPlease Note: You must pre-register for this event.  Walk-ups are not permitted and you will be turned away.  Be sure to register if you want to attend.  Thanks for understanding!  If you don’t see the Register button\, that means this event is too far out.  Wait until a little closer to the event date\, and check again.  Lastly\, all Guests (non-drivers) must sign a waiver when arriving to the event.
